Research on the Design and Application of Multi-Storey Factory Buildings Guided by"Multi-Storey Industrial Building":A Case of Junhe Yungu Jining Innovation and Technology Industrial Park Project
As an effective means to improve the utilization efficiency of industrial land and to optimize the urban industrial structure,the multi-storey industrial building plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of urban land and promoting the integrated development of industry and city.However,the industrial upgrading is still a process of gradual development.Except for some cities in Guangdong and Jiangsu,the current industrial development conditions in other regions of the country are not enough to construct the multi-storey industrial buildings.Blindly following the construction of multi-storey industrial building not only makes difficulties for the rooting and development of the regional industrial industries,but also causes a large number of high-rise factories to be idle,which leads to the waste of social resources.Therefore,from the perspective of the architectural design for multi-storey industrial plant,taking Junhe Yungu Jining Innovation Technology Industrial Park project as an example,this paper studies the necessary conditions and feasibility analysis of the construction technology of multi-storey industrial plants.Through the comparison of the case of stacked factory in Singapore,this paper studies and analyzes from three aspects of space,function and traffic.Then it proposes the technical conditions for the multi-storey industrial plants,and demonstrates the rationality for the transformation and transition of multi-storey factories under the background of the current"multi-storey industrial buildings".
