Analysis on Customer Satisfaction of Farmers'Market Based on AHP:A Case of Shanghai Jinshanwei Market
Taking the customer satisfaction evaluation on the farmers'market as the research goal,Jinshanwei Market in Shanghai was selected as the research object.A questionnaire survey was used to obtain customer satisfaction evaluation data for Jinshanwei Market.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,a customer satisfaction evaluation system for Jinshanwei Market was constructed,and the weights of relevant indicators were obtained.The results show that the customer's overall satisfaction score for Jinshanwei Market is 3.377 9,which is"generally satisfactory".The satisfaction scores for the criterion level from high to low are overall planning and layout,space environment quality,and space facility configuration,respectively.A comprehensive analysis on the nine indicator factors of three criterion levels was conducted.It concluded that the overall condition of Jinshanwei market is good,but there are problems,such as old interior decoration and unreasonable spatial layout.This paper provides referable suggestions for the optimization of other farmers'markets of the same type.
