Research on the Resource Allocation of Shanghai's Pension Institutions in the Context of the"14th Five-Year Plan"
In the context of the 14th Five-Year Plan,China has introduced a series of new requirements for the allocation of elderly care facilities to address the challenges posed by population aging and the growing demand for elderly care services.Taking the elderly care institutions in Shanghai as an example,the paper takes the township and urban streets as the smallest research units,evaluates the spatial layout of the existing pension institutions and the quantity of the pension resources,and then evaluates the resource allocation of the current pension institutions in Shanghai.On this basis,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed to enhance the quality of elderly care services in Shanghai,to improve the quality of life for the elderly,and to promote the healthy development of the elderly care industry.
