为解决停车需求与土地资源的供需矛盾、优化停车效率提升出行体验,文章进行地下机械式停车库的设计策略研究。首先介绍地下机械式车库的特征、优势及应用前景,然后进行相关设计方法研究,认为地下机械式车库的设计重点在于提高空间利用率与停车效率,通过案例分析法、定性研究法,就车库内部环境、设备选取,以及车库外部交通组织、出入口等层面分析相关设计策略,最后通过实际工程案例论证其现实意义。
Research on the Design Strategy for Underground Mechanical Parking Garage
In order to solve the contradiction between parking demand and land resource supply and demand,to optimize parking efficiency and to improve travel experience,this paper studies the design strategy for underground mechanical parking garage.Firstly,the characteristics,advantages and application prospects of underground mechanical garages are introduced,and then related design methods are studied.It is believed that the key design points for the underground mechanical garages are to improve space utilization and parking efficiency.Through case analysis and qualitative research methods,the interior environment design and equipment selection of underground mechanical garages are discussed.The paper analyzes the relevant design strategies from the aspects of the exterior traffic organization and the entrance and exit design of the garage,and finally demonstrates its practical significance through practical engineering cases.
