贝雷架具备结构简单、运输方便、拼装及拆卸便捷、刚度及耐久性较为优秀等特点,能够根据不同的使用情况组成不同类型的临时性支撑结构,如今已被广泛应用于抢险救灾及桥梁建筑领域.文章依托漳州市某粮库项目,创新性地将贝雷架运用到浅圆仓锥顶的支模体系中,与扣件式钢管支撑架联合使用,形成贝雷架模板支撑体系,用于浅圆仓锥顶施工.通过有限元软件MIDAS GEN对浅圆仓锥顶施工工况进行模拟分析,及时优化支撑体系的搭设方式,可为类似粮库项目或筒仓建筑施工提供参考.
Abstract
The bailey frame has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient transportation,easy assembly and disassembly,excellent stiffness and durability,and can form different types of temporary support structures according to different usage situations.Now,it has been widely used in disaster relief and bridge construction fields.Based on a grain storage project in Zhangzhou City,this paper innovatively applies the bailey frame to the formwork system of the shallow round warehouse cone top,and combines it with the fastener type steel pipe support frame to form the bailey frame support system for the construction of the shallow round warehouse cone top.By using the finite element software MIDAS GEN,the paper simulates and analyzes the construction conditions of the shallow round warehouse cone top,and optimizes the installation method of the support system,which provides a referable experience for the construction of similar grain storage projects or silo buildings.
