Research on the Strategies for the Identification,Assessment and Control of the Risks in the Construction Project Management
The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the strategies for the identification,assessment,and control of the risks in construction project management,thus improving the safety of project management.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the significance of risk identification and assessment.Secondly,the identification and assessment of the risks in construction project management are analyzed from three categories of specific pricing risk,design risk,and information risk.Finally,the strategies for the control of the risks in construction project management are studied,including enhancing risk prevention and control awareness,improving risk management systems,designing scientific risk transfer plans,and establishing a sound risk network information system.The conclusion points out that effective risk identification,assessment,and control can not only improve the management level of construction projects,but also better reduce the uncertainty in the project implementation process,promoting the healthy development of the construction industry,and providing solid guarantees for the successful implementation of the projects.
