摘要
本文从形态特征、营养、温度、湿度等方面介绍了大球盖菇生物学特性,以桑枝为主要栽培基质,从栽培桑园选择、栽培基质准备与处理、菌种准备与选择、整地作畦与基质铺设、播种、田间管理和采收等方面对桑园下大球盖菇栽培管理技术进行总结,并对桑园下栽培大球盖菇进行前景分析和展望,该模式对湖州蚕桑产业创新融合发展、提高桑园利用率和经济收入具有重要的指导意义,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益.
Abstract
This paper introduces the biological characteristics of the large bulbous cap mushroom from the aspects of morphological characteristics,nutrition,temperature,humidity,etc.Taking the mulberry branches as the main cultivation substrate,it summarises the cultivation and management techniques of the large bulbous cap mushroom under the mulberry garden in terms of the selection of the mulberry plantation for cultivation,the preparation and treatment of cultivation substrate,preparation and selection of the fungus,the preparation of the soil for beds and substrate spreading,the sowing of the seeds,the field management and the harvesting,etc.,and also the prospect of cultivating the large bulbous cap mushroom under the mulberry plantation.Analysing and prospecting,this model has important guiding significance for the innovative and integrated development of Huzhou sericulture and mulberry industry,improving the utilisation rate of mulberry gardens and economic income,and has good economic,social and ecological benefits.
