Effectiveness and Suggestions of Silkworm Science and Technology Training in Longyang District
Sericulture industry is a traditional advantage of Longyang District.Science and technology training as sericulture technical guidance and services to the sericulture industry as an important hand in Longyang District.Regular annual training of sericulture technicians,the key villages to carry out training more than once,focusing on small silkworm training,carefully organised on-site observation of the training,households to carry out planting of mulberry sericulture key links in the guidance and on-site training,the use of each batch of silkworms to end of the production.We also make use of the production summary meeting at the end of each batch of silkworms to carry out training,and strive for the opportunity to invite experts to carry out high-level technical training.Through solid scientific and technological training,promote the development of sericulture industry and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,improve the quality of sericulturist,promote the farmers to increase income;the current problem is mainly part of the grass-roots leaders do not pay enough attention to the training work,sericulturist aging,low level of education,lower acceptance of new technologies;shortage of funds,sericulture scientific and technological personnel to improve the quality of lagging behind.Suggestions for future work are,firstly,to improve the ideological understanding and effectively strengthen the scientific and technological training;secondly,to improve the quality of scientific and technological personnel and improve the effectiveness of training;thirdly,to continuously improve the training methods and approaches,to improve the effectiveness of training,and to make more contributions to the promotion of rural revitalisation and farmers′income generation.
