摘要
近年来，由于CT检查在颅颈交界区创伤中的广泛应用，枕骨髁骨折的检出率呈增加趋势，故不应将其视为一种罕见损伤，临床工作中应高度重视其发生率。本文就枕骨髁骨折的流行病学、临床表现、影像学检查、分型及诊治情况进行综述。
Abstract
In recent years ,the detection rate of occipital condyle fracture ( OCF) has been increasing ,due to the widespread use of computed tomography ( CT ) as a diagnostic tool in patients with craniocervical trauma .It should not be regarded as a rare injury ,and its incidence must be weighed carefully in clinical practice .This paper reviews the epidemiology,clinical manifestation,imaging,classification,diagnosis and treatment of occipital condyle fracture.
