随着医学成像技术的发展,超声造影(CEUS)已被广泛应用于超声心动图、颈动脉狭窄和颈动脉斑块的评估、腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术(EVAR)术后内漏的评估、主动脉夹层的诊断、活动性出血的检测、外周动脉疾病的血流灌注评估等领域.其中,CEUS在血管创伤的早期诊断和治疗中发挥了重要作用.本文将对CEUS在血管创伤中的应用及研究进展进行综述,主要包括CEUS技术的原理、在血管创伤中的应用、相关研究进展以及未来研究方向.
Abstract
With the development of medical imaging technology,contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)has been widely used in echocardiography,evaluation of carotid stenosis and carotid plaque,assessment of endoleak after endovascular aneurysm repair(EVAR),diagnosis of aortic dissection,detection of active bleeding,perfusion evalua-tion of peripheral artery diseases,and other fields.Among them,CEUS plays an important role in the early diagnosis and treatment of vascular trauma.This article will review the application and latest progress of CEUS in vascular trauma,including the principles of CEUS,application status,related research progress and future research directions.
