Primary medical institutions have the characteristics of large quantity,wide coverage area and good accessibility to the masses.By analyzing the current situation of domestic trauma care system and comparing the positioning of primary medical institutions in trauma care systems home and abroad,this paper concludes its u-nique advantages,respectively in trauma science popularization and prevention,pre-hospital emergency rescue and transport of severe trauma cases,management of mild trauma cases,and guidance of trauma rehabilitation.Counter-measures are proposed to improve the system norms,strengthen personnel training and information construction,and optimize the pre-hospital treatment process,aiming to optimize the trauma treatment system in China,improve trauma care ability,maximize the benefit of medical resource allocation and benefit more trauma patients.
