直升机战创伤救治能力建设的探讨

摘要
以直升机为平台的战、创伤空中救护网络具有迅速及时、机动灵活、不受地形影响等优点,在欧美等发达国家已经成为急救救护的重要力量.本研究探讨在新时代军事变革的大潮下,依托我军搜救力量构建服务于我国平、战时的直升机战、创伤空运救护能力.通航和民航领域在全国急救体系中,具有无战时应急动员、审批程序简单、分布点位广泛、制约因素少的重要优势,军民融合模式下的国家空中医学救援对于整合空中医学救援更具价值,旨在提高人民医疗保障水平和战场保障能力,加强卫勤保障,为新形势下战伤救治储备实用的空运救护力量.
Abstract
The air rescue platform by helicopters for war and civilian wounds is rapid,flexible and free from the restrictions of terrain,which thus has become an important force in emergency rescue in developed countries.Under the era of military innovation,the air rescue capability construction is explored in this article,which is de-signed to serve peacetime and wartime and relies on the PLA air search and rescue force.In the trauma care system in our country,the general aviation and civil aviation have the important advantages of no wartime emergency mobili-zation,simple approval procedures,wide distribution,and few constraints.Therefore,it is believed that air medical rescue under the mode of civil-military integration is more valuable,which will benefit the war and civilian wounded and improve the health service capability.
