泰勒空间支架是一种在临床应用的六轴矫形支架,其在四肢骨折及畸形方面应用愈发广泛.在下肢创伤领域中,泰勒空间支架相比传统内固定装置及普通的组合式外固定支架具有独有的优势:对无安全手术窗口的多发伤具有损害控制的优势;对感染伴严重畸形的骨折患者具有感染控制及畸形矫正的优势;对骨折后骨缺损伴严重软组织缺损患者保护创面的同时具有精准恢复下肢长度及下肢力线位置的优势;对陈旧性骨折伴严重畸性患者具有精准复位并避免急性血管、神经损伤的优点.本文在总结临床经验的基础上,结合相关的文献研究,对泰勒空间支架在下肢创伤中的应用作一论述.
Application of Taylor spatial frame in lower limb trauma
The Taylor spatial frame is a type of six-axis orthopedic frame widely used in clinical practice,especially in the treatment of limb fractures and deformities. In the field of lower limb trauma,the Taylor spatial frame,compared with traditional internal fixation devices or conventional combined external fixation frames,has the unique advantages of (1) damage control for multiple injuries without a safe surgical window,(2) infection control and deformity correction for fracture patients with severe infection and deformities,(3) wound protection and accu-rate restoration of the lower limb length and alignment for fracture patients with bone defects and severe soft tissue defects,and (4) precise reduction and protection from acute vascular or nerve injuries for patients with old fractures combined with severe deformities. This article,based on clinical experience and relevant literature research,discuses the application of Taylor spatial frame in lower limb trauma.
