摘要
分布式海上作战(DMO)是美国海军提出的新型作战概念,其"兵力分散、去中心化"的特征对海上伤员搜救、医疗后送和单舰救治等多个环节提出了更高的要求,要求卫勤决策者以强化单舰救治能力为重点,优化海上伤员救治阶梯各级资源配置.本文依据DMO概念特点分析海上卫勤保障受到的影响,介绍美军海上卫勤保障体系做出的针对性调整,并从医疗平台、力量编组和技能训练三个方面对我军DMO卫勤保障的前景进行展望.
Abstract
Distributed maritime operation(DMO)is a new concept of maritime operations proposed by the United States Navy.DMO puts forward higher requirements for maritime casualty search and rescue,medical evacua-tion,and single ship care.Maritime health service support sources should be optimized and adjusted according to the concept of DMO.This article analyzes the impact of DMO on maritime health service support,introduces the adjust-ments of United States Navy health service support,and prospects the maritime health service support of the PLA Na-vy from aspects of medical platform,force formation and skill training.
