Research progress on neurobehavioral changes after traumatic brain injuries caused by explo-sion
With changed military patterns of the world and imbalanced social and economic development,there are more and more explosive events.Blast-induced traumatic brain injury(bTBI)is one of the common casual-ties in modern warfare and explosion accidents.In recent years,there have been many studies on cognitive dysfunc-tion after TBI,and various basic and clinical reports on bTBI.Generally,various dysfunctions may occur after bTBI,which mainly manifest as consciousness disorder,cognitive disorder,limb movement disorder,and mental and/or psy-chological disorder and can exist for a long time.These seriously affect the quality of life and social participation of patients and cause a heavy burden on their families and society.This article reviews and analyzes the neurobehavioral epidemiology and behavioral test results after bTBI,and provides new ideas and directions for further research on neurobehavioral abnormalities following bTBI.
