摘要
跟腱断裂(ATR)在临床中发病率高,严重影响患者日常生活,尽早恢复尤为重要.MRI检查对ATR具有较高的诊断价值,由于其价格昂贵,临床上通常不作为首选检查.肌骨超声作为一种应用于运动损伤的新技术,可以清楚地区分皮下组织、跟腱、腱膜和周围结缔组织,已被广泛应用于ATR诊疗和预后评估中.本文就肌骨超声检查在ATR的诊断、治疗以及预后评估中的应用进展作一综述,以期为临床上ATR的进一步研究提供参考.
Abstract
Achilles tendon rupture(ATR)has a high incidence in clinical practice,which seriously affects the activities of daily living.As a result,it is especially important to achieve functional recovery after ATR as soon as possible.MRI has a high diagnostic value for ATR,but it is not the first choice for clinical exams due to the high cost.As a new technology applied to sports injuries,musculoskeletal ultrasound can clearly distinguish subcutaneous tissue,Achilles tendon,aponeurosis,and surrounding connective tissue,and thus has been widely used in the diagno-sis and treatment of ATR and its prognosis prediction.This article reviews the application progress of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis prediction of ATR,aiming to provide reference for further clini-cal research on ATR.
