重视严重多发伤后早期多因型休克的临床诊治

摘要
多因型休克指患者伴发的休克可归因于两种及以上的不同休克类型,其在严重多发伤患者中并不罕见.目前对多因型休克的认识严重不足,一旦漏诊将导致严重不良后果.严重多发伤后伴发多因型休克的综合救治极其复杂,目前仍缺乏相应的诊疗规范与指南,各类处置措施也常相互矛盾,临床决策充满风险与挑战.本文回顾近年多因型休克的相关文献,并结合笔者最近的相关临床研究,对多因型休克的诊断与治疗进行初步阐述,以供临床参考.
Abstract
Multifactorial shock,defined as experiencing more than one type of shock,is not uncommon in the early phase after polytrauma.At present,our understanding of multifactorial shock remains limited,and its misdi-agnosis could lead to serious adverse consequences.Comprehensive management of multifactorial shock in polytrau-ma patients is extremely complex,and there is still a lack of guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of multifacto-rial shock.The available treatment options often present conflicting perspectives,resulting in various risks and chal-lenges in clinical decision making.In this paper,we provide a preliminary exposition on the diagnosis and treatment of multifactorial shock based on the latest published literature and our recent clinical research.
