摘要
本文首先回顾了非致命动能弹(NLKB)的发展阶段,并扼要简介了国内外常见武器类型;然后概述了不同国家地区NLKB所致人员损伤的概率;继之从武器结构和人体特性两个方面叙述了致伤影响因素;最后归纳了 NLKB造成人体不同部位损伤(皮肤、头部、眼球、颈部、胸部、腹部、四肢和睾丸)的案例.期望本文能为NLKB的研制和应用提供参考,更期望读者通过本文了解NLKB造成人体损伤的机制、类型、损伤程度及其预后.
Abstract
Non-lethal kinetic bullet(NLKB)is widely used and can cause various injuries.In this article,the development stages and main types of NLKB worldwide were first introduced in brief.Then,the injuries caused by NLKB in different countries and regions were analyzed from the aspects of weapon structure and human body ana-tomic features.In the end,cases of NLKB injuries to different body parts like skin,head,eyeballs,neck,chest,abdo-men,limbs,and testes were shared.It is hoped that this review will provide research references for NLKB develop-ment and application;moreover,promote understanding of the mechanisms,types,severity,and prognosis of injuries caused by NLKB to the human body.
