Acute traumatic central cord syndrome is a common type of incomplete spinal cord injury caused by trauma,which imposes a significant burden on families and society.Due to the complexity of injury mechanisms,there are still many controversies in its diagnosis and treatment.In this review,the key aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of acute traumatic central cord syndrome were discussed,aiming to improve its clinical treatment level.
