目的 利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer两款可视化分析工具,对国内军事训练伤领域的研究进行系统的梳理和分析,揭示该领域的研究热点、发展趋势以及存在的问题.方法 利用中国知网、万方及维普数据库,以"军事训练伤"为主题词检索国内 1993 年 1 月 1 日—2023 年 12 月 31 日期间发表的相关文献,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件进行可视化分析,包括发文量统计、共同作者分析、关键词分析等.结果 1993 年,国内发表军事训练伤研究论文 4 篇,2023 年上升为 90 篇,整体呈上升趋势.存在一批核心研究群体.通过分析关键词出现频率及中心度发现"训练伤"、"新兵"、"预防"等关键词是该领域的研究热点.同时,近年来研究视角逐渐转向损伤类型、军兵种类型、治疗阶段等多维度视角,显示出研究领域的不断拓展和深化.然而,研究热点的持续性和连贯性存在不足,需要加强研究团队的稳定性和跨学科合作.结论 未来研究应注重提高研究热点的持续性和连贯性,加强跨学科合作,以促进军事训练伤领域研究的深入发展.
Visualization analysis of research on military training injuries in China based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer
Objective To systematically review and analyze research in the field of military training inju-ries in China using two visualization tools,Citespace and VOSviewer,in order to explore research hotspots,develop-ment trends,and existing issues in this field.Methods Relevant literature published in China from Jan.1,1993 to Dec,31,2023 on the topic of"military training injuries"was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases.Vi-sualization analysis was conducted using the Citespace and VOSviewer software,including statistics on the number of publications,co-author analysis,and keyword analysis.Results In 1993,4 research papers on military training in-juries were published in China,and this number increased to 90 in 2023,showing a great upward trend.A core re-search group has emerged.By analyzing the frequency and centrality of keywords,it was found that"training inju-ries","recruits",and"prevention"were the research hotspots in this field.Additionally,in recent years,the re-search perspective has gradually shifted to multiple dimensions such as injury types,military service branches,and treatment stages,indicating the continuous expansion and deepening of the research field.However,there was a lack of consistency and continuity in the research hotspots,suggesting a need to enhance the stability of research teams and interdisciplinary collaboration.Conclusion Future research should focus on improving the consistency and continuity of research hotspots and strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration to promote the in-depth development of research in the field of military training injuries.
