Research progress of multimodal analgesia strategies for acute traumatic pain
Pain is a common complication in trauma emergency care and the main cause of disease deterio-ration and stress disorder.Analgesic treatment is the main measure to relieve pain,which proves to be able to im-prove prognosis and increase the rescue success rate.As a focus and hot spot in trauma research worldwide,great progress has been made on trauma analgesia in recent years.Multimodal analgesia is currently the mainstream anal-gesic mode in the world,which is highly respected by many scholars because of its remarkable analgesic effect and few adverse reactions.However,there is still a lot of resistance and controversies on its application and promotion in China.This article reviews the recent achievements of multimodal analgesia in the field of trauma analgesia,aiming to remind emergency surgeons to pay more attention to acute traumatic pain and improve their understanding of the new concept of analgesia.
