In order to effectively exploit the thermal mitigation potential of blue-green space in Hangzhou,the Google Earth Engine platform was used to assist in processing Landsat 8 remote sensing image data in Hangzhou,and the ran-dom forest algorithm was used to extract the spatiotemporal chan-ges of various land uses,and the GTWR model was used to quantitatively analyze the spatiotemporal driving mechanism and evolution characteristics of blue-green space and thermal envi-ronment in Hangzhou from 2000 to 2020.The results show that there is a high degree of spatiotemporal coupling between urban expansion and heat island intensification in Hangzhou,and the trend of"heat island integration"is becoming more and more significant.The blue-green spatial pattern of Hangzhou has stabilized,and the blue space should be regarded as the focus of the current efficient improvement of heat mitigation benefits.There are significant spatial differentiation characteristics in the fluctuation range of heat mitigation benefit values in each munic-ipal district(county and city)of Hangzhou.The results of this study can provide enlightenment for Hangzhou to formulate a sci-entific and reasonable blue-green space development strategy.
