乡城流动视域下信息通信技术发展与农村劳动力增收

摘要
将省域信息通信技术发展数据与CFPS数据相结合,考察了信息通信技术发展对农村劳动力收入的影响及作用机制.研究发现:信息通信技术发展提升了农村劳动力收入水平,在进行一系列稳健性和内生性检验后,研究结论依然成立.信息通信技术发展对低收入、年轻、女性、高技能和东部地区农村劳动力的增收效应更明显.信息通信技术发展通过提高技能水平和增强互联网意识,促进农村劳动力增收.农村劳动力应提高技能水平和增强互联网意识,以实现高质量就业.相关部门应进一步发展信息通信技术,弥合城乡信息鸿沟,同时,针对不同禀赋的农村劳动力制定差异化信息技术培训政策.
Abstract
By matching provincial level data with CFPS data,this paper examines the impact of ICT development on ru-ral workers'income and its mechanism.The study found that ICT development has a significant effect on the income of rural workers.After a series of robustness tests and treatment of en-dogenous problems,the research conclusion is still valid.From the perspective of mechanism,ICT development promotes the in-come of rural workers by improving their skill level and Internet awareness.Heterogeneity analysis shows that ICT development has a relatively strong effect on the income of low-income,young,female,high-skilled,and eastern rural workers.Therefore,we should further develop ICT and bridge the infor-mation gap between urban and rural areas and regions;Rural workers should improve their skills and Internet awareness to a-chieve high-quality employment;Develop differentiated train-ing policies for rural workers with different endowments.
