Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergistic devel-opment is fundamentally driven by collaborative innovation.In the new period,regional collaborative innovation shows the trend of symbiotic evolution.Drawing on ecological theory,we con-structs a theoretical framework and a comprehensive evaluation system for regional collaborative innovation in the three-dimen-sional ecological niche of"state","potential"and"flow",and measures and analyses the level of collaborative innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that the level of regional collaborative innovation has shown a fluctuating rise,and significant progress has been made in collaborative innova-tion,but there is a large development gap between cities.The system innovation state,innovation potential and innovation flow all show fluctuating growth,and the contribution of innovation flow to system collaborative innovation is relatively small.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation model has ex-perienced a change from mono-beneficial symbiosis to differen-tial mutually beneficial symbiosis,and is currently in the evolu-tionary stage from differential mutually beneficial symbiosis mod-el to balanced mutually beneficial symbiosis.In the future,we should further consolidate the foundation of collaborative innova-tion,focus on the value co-creation of the three places,give full play to the spillover effect of collaborative innovation,accel-erate the construction of a more open innovation ecosystem,strive to build a collaborative innovation community,and create a new engine for national innovation-driven growth.
