Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the significant national strategy of co-ordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has achieved remarkable results.The overall strength of the re-gion has improved,and collaborative innovation and industrial cooperation have deeply integrated.The ecological environment has been effectively improved,and the sense of gain among the people continues to grow.In view of the unbalanced development within the region,the unreasonable distribution of industrial structure,and the inadequate cross-border coordination in the process of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it is necessary to deepen the market-oriented al-location system and mechanism of factors,accelerate the forma-tion of the basic form of a world-class urban agglomeration.Strengthen the innovation coordination system and mechanism,better play the main function and leading radiation role of region-al central cities.We will improve the benefit-sharing mecha-nism,deepen regional cross-border coordination mechanisms,and accelerate the formation of institutional synergy with overlap-ping advantages.
