京津冀协同创新的进展评价与优化策略研究

摘要
协同创新是实现京津冀协同发展的重要途径和有力抓手,对2013年以来京津冀协同创新进展进行评价与分析,有助于促进京津冀协同高质量发展.以京津冀协同创新的目标为导向,按照数据可连续获取的原则,构建京津冀协同创新指数,分析2013-2022年京津冀协同创新指数的变化趋势,从省级和市级两个层面评价京津冀城市群内部协同创新的进展情况,并在此基础上提出政策建议.
Abstract
Collaborative innovation is an important way and lever to achieve coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Evaluating and analyzing the progress of collaborative innovation in the region since 2013 can help pro-mote its high-quality development.Based on its goal of collab-orative innovation and continuous data-acquisition principle,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation Index is con-structed,and changes in the index from 2013 to 2022 are also measured and analyzed in this article.Meantime,the collabora-tive innovation level and primary indicators within the region are analyzed at the provincial and urban levels,and policy recom-mendations are proposed.
