中欧班列开通的区域经济协调发展效应研究——基于国内国际双循环视角的分析

摘要
基于生产、分配、流通、消费的经济循环视角,通过构建初始禀赋不对称的LS模型,分析中欧班列开通与"双循环"有效联动的区域经济协调发展效应.研究发现,中欧班列开通能够显著赋能区域经济协调发展,且对中西部地区、中欧班列集结中心区域以及经济规模较小城市的促进效果更显著.机制检验结果表明,中欧班列开通通过促进国内国际双循环推动区域经济协调发展.进一步分析发现,运输成本优化、多式联运发展以及可持续发展强化了中欧班列开通对区域经济协调发展的赋能作用.研究结果不仅可为中欧班列开通经济潜能的研究提供新视角,也可为构建区域协调发展新格局提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of the economic cy-cle of"production,distribution,circulation and consumption",this paper expounds the impact of the opening of the China-Eu-rope Railway Express(CRE)on the new development pattern of"dual circulation",constructs an LS model of two countries and three regions with asymmetric initial endowment,and analyzes the effect of the coordinated development of the regional economy with the effective linkage between the opening of CRE and the"dual circulation".It is found that the opening of CRE can sig-nificantly empower the coordinated development of the regional economy,and the effect of the opening of the regional economic coordinated development of CRE is more significant in the cen-tral and western regions,the regions of assembly center of CRE,and the cities with small economic scale.The results of the mechanism test show that CRE promotes the coordinated devel-opment of the regional economy by promoting domestic and inter-national dual circulation.Further analysis shows that transporta-tion cost optimization,multimodal transport development and sustainable development are conducive to promoting the high-quality development of CRE,thereby strengthening the enabling role of CRE in the coordinated development of the regional econ-omy.This paper provides a new perspective for the study of the economic potential of CRE,and provides a reference for promo-ting coordinated development between regions under the new de-velopment pattern.
