知识流动与城市绿色创新效率:"新基建"的调节效应

基于"新基建"视角,运用超效率SBM模型和面板固定效应模型分析了知识流动对城市绿色创新效率的影响机制.研究发现,知识流动对城市绿色创新效率呈现出显著的正向影响,在该作用过程中,"新基建"发挥了显著的正向调节作用.其中,信息基础设施与融合基础设施在知识流动影响城市绿色创新效率过程中发挥了显著的正向调节作用,而创新基础设施则未呈现出显著性.知识流动对城市绿色创新效率的正向影响在地理区位更优越、人口规模更大以及经济发展水平更高的城市表现更为显著."新基建"对知识流动影响城市绿色创新效率的调节作用也因城市特征差异而呈现出异质性.
Based on the perspective of"new infrastruc-ture",this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of knowledge flow on urban green innovation efficiency by using the super-ef-ficiency SBM model and panel fixed effect model.The results show that knowledge flow has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of urban green innovation,and in this process,"new infrastructure"plays a significant positive moderating role,which is as follows:Information infrastructure and integration in-frastructure play a significant positive moderating role in the process of knowledge flow affecting urban green innovation effi-ciency,while innovation infrastructure shows no significant role.The positive impact of knowledge flow on urban green innovation efficiency is more significant in cities with superior geographical location,larger population and higher economic development level.The moderating effect of"new infrastructure"on the in-fluence of knowledge flow on the efficiency of urban green inno-vation also presents heterogeneity due to the difference of urban characteristics.
