Study on Ecosystem Service Func-tions Based on Land Cover Change in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration
The land cover changes caused by the urbanization directly affect the urban ecological environment. At present, there are many researches on individual ecological elements of a single city, but few researches focus on multiple ecological elements in a large spatial range.Based on the ArcGIS platform and InVEST model, this paper analyzes the impact of land use change on carbon storage and water production,by using land cover, precipitation, plant available water content, root restriction depth, potential evapotranspiration, and Digital Elevation Model(DEM)from 1995 to 2015 in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. The results show that the ecological changes in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration are caused by land cover changes:(1)The Urban-rural industrial and mining residential land and the forest land are the most important factors affecting urban carbon storage.(2)The increase in urban-rural industrial and mining residential land is the main reason affecting the increase of urban surface runoff. The related improvement strategies are:(1)In terms of increasing carbon storage,we should insist on protecting ecological red lines and ecologically important areas, insist on"stock planning",and continue to plant trees and forests.(2)In terms of reducing surface runoff, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration needs to cooperate. The local government should do a good job of water containment at the source and increase urban resilience through building green facilities and sinking facilities in key areas prone to urban flooding.Overall, the resource endowments and functional differences of each region should be fully considered, and ecological protection measures should be taken in a targeted manner to help the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglom-eration.
