Exploring the Cultivation of Energy Finance Talents in Universities under the Background of"Dual Carbon"
The dual alarm triggered by resource crisis and ecological crisis has sparked a widespread and profound green revolution worldwide.To achieve the orderly phase-out of fossil fuels and unleash new momentum for zero-carbon development,China has made a solemn "dual carbon" commitment.The implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy has further stimulated the financial attributes of energy commodities,and the deep integration of energy and financial markets has given rise to the emerging industry of energy finance,which is gradually assuming a strategic position in China's economic and social green transformation.With the restructuring of industrial structures,shifts in industry dynamics,and the optimization of economic layouts,a conflict between the market demand for energy finance talents and the current supply of high-level talents within the higher education system is emerging.In this context,focusing on the new requirements for talent cultivation driven by the rapid development of energy finance under the ongoing "dual carbon" strategy,combined with the inherent defects of the talent cultivation mode of talent cultivation units mainly composed of universities at present,starting from redefining talent cultivation goals,rebuilding talent cultivation mechanisms,and reintegrating talent cultivation experiences,this paper explores a new round of talent cultivation mode reform.To help achieve the green and low-carbon transformation of the economy,stabilize the pace of high-quality development,we must be guided by national development needs,establish a new era talent think tank,and raise the new banner of green development;prioritize students' lifelong development,creating a "dual carbon" talent cradle,and embark on a new path of green development;and be driven by social value demands,creating a high-quality talent network and establish a new direction for green development.Enterprises,universities,and the government should work together to pave a green and sustainable path for the high-quality development of the Chinese economy,and build a high-level composite energy finance talent team that combines cutting-edge thinking,theoretical reserves,innovation capabilities,practical experience,and international perspectives.
