摘要
评述了国内外饱和磁感应强度 Bs 达1.8~1.94T 以上并且工作磁通密度 Bm 达1.5~1.7T 时的铁损优于细畴高取向硅钢的 FeCuSiB(P)等系 Fe 基纳米晶合金的最新研究进展。重点介绍了新型 Fe 基纳米晶合金的成分、性能和影响性能的关键因素,讨论了国内对高 Bs 纳米晶合金的开发情况。
Abstract
The recent advances were reviewed in Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy such as FeCuSiB(P) series alloys with Bs of 1.8-1.94T and Pc lower than that of refining domain, high grain orientation silicon steel when its working Bm reaches 1.5-1.7T. The component, property, and key factors affecting the performance of the new Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy were presented. Also, the domestic development situation of high-Bs nanocrystalline alloy was discussed particularly.
