The article improves the performance of the noise suppressor through the method of multi-layer design.The effect of the number of layers on the performance of the FeCoB multilayer film noise suppressor was studied by using the finite element simulation method,and then FeCoB noise suppressors with different layers were prepared by the magnetron sputtering process.Both the simulation and experimental results show that when the number of layers is small,the performance of the noise suppressor increases with the increase of the number of layers,and the performance tends to be stable when the number of layers is large.The FeCoB noise suppressor(length 10 mm,width 10 mm)can achieve 83%conduction noise suppression performance Ploss/Pin when the number of layers is 4.The experimental results show that the FeCoB multilayer noise suppressor can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference in the GHz frequency band.
