Ferrite paired magnetic core is widely used in power semiconductor switches, transformers and inductors in power supply of communication equipment. For small paired magnetic core, small compressive stress will have a greater impact on its main magnetic performance.Firstly, the effect of mechanical stress on the magnetic properties of high conductivity and power ferrite core is investigated. The results show that with the increase of pressure, the inductance decreases, the saturation magnetic flux density changes little, and the coercivity, loss factor, total harmonic distortion and power loss increase. Therefore, when testing the magnetic properties of small paired magnetic core products,if the compressive stress can not be better controlled,it will lead to a large measurement error. In view of this,a set of magnetic core measurement clamping device is designed through the selection and calculation of spring, clamping force adjustment sensitivity, calibration, etc.,which can eliminate the measurement error introduced by clamping force, and has high engineering application value.
