基于"种子-生长"的液相法制备的CoFe2O4纳米颗粒及磁性能

依据不同的应用需求,实现纳米材料颗粒尺寸和形状的可控制备一直是材料制备领域研究的重点.为了研究CoFe2O4纳米颗粒尺寸和形状对于磁性能的影响,本文分别通过传统的液相法和基于"种子-生长"的液相法制备出了不同颗粒尺寸和形状的CoFe2O4纳米颗粒并研究其磁性能.结果表明:CoFe2O4颗粒的尺寸和形状变化会影响纳米颗粒的分散性和矫顽力.其中,通过"种子-生长"的液相法制备的六边形CoFe2O4纳米颗粒的矫顽力在室温下可达383 Oe,80K时高达13105 Oe.
Controllable preparation of nanomaterials with various sizes and shapes has always been the key research in the field of material preparation due to different application requirements.To further study the effect of sizes and shapes of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles on its magnetic properties,CoFe2O4 nanoparticles with different sizes and shapes were prepared by the conventional liquid phase method and the"seed-growth"liquid phase method in this paper,and the magnetic properties were studied.As a result,the change of sizes and shapes for CoFe2O4 nanoparticles can influence the dispersion and coercivity of nanoparticles.Among them,the coercivity of the hexagonal CoFe2O4 nanoparticles prepared by the"seed-growth"liquid phase method can reach 383 Oe at room temperature and as high as 13105 Oe at 80 K.
