A drive control scheme of differential ferrite lock switch is designed.Firstly,the working principle of differential ferrite lock switch is introduced.Then,the control circuit,control method,consistency and temperature compensation are discussed and analyzed,and the critical control points and control methods in the design and production process are pointed out.Finally,a Ku-band differential shift ferrite lock switch driver is designed,and good electrical performance is obtained in the temperature range of(-40 ℃~+70 ℃),and the switching time is less than 2 μs.
