摘要

采用固相反应法制备NiCuZn软磁铁氧体材料,探究添加V2O5助熔剂和BaTiO3(BTO)共同作用对铁氧体微观结构和磁性能的影响,以期实现NiCuZn铁氧体的低温烧结.V2O5作为助熔剂可以起到促进晶粒生长和晶界成型的作用,但过量的V2O5的添加会导致出现晶粒异常生长,恶化磁性能.通过对样品高频下的损耗进行分离和分析,明确了致密化的小晶粒尺寸样品可以获得低的功率损耗.添加0.5 wt%的V2O5和0.03 wt%BTO的样品获得了优良的磁性能,室温下起始磁导率μi为669、饱和磁感应强度Bs为373 mT、功率损耗Pcv为212kW/m3(1 MHz,30 mT).

Abstract

NiCuZn soft magnetic ferrite materials were prepared by solid-phase reaction method,and the influence of V2O5 flux and BaTiO3(BTO)on the microstructure and magnetic properties of ferrite was explored,and low-temperature sintering of NiCuZn ferrite was realized.V2O5 as a flux can play a role in promoting grain growth and grain boundary molding,but the addition of excessive V2O5 leads to abnormal grain growth and deterioration of magnetic properties.Through the separation and analysis of the loss at high frequency of the sample,it is clear that the densified small grain size sample can obtain a low power loss.The sample obtained excellent magnetic properties under the addition of 0.5 wt%V2O5 and 0.03 wt%BTO,at room temperature,with starting magnetic permeability μi of 669,saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs of 373 mT,and power loss density Pcv of 212 kW/m3(1 MHz,30 mT).
