Effects of pro-firing,ball-milling,and sintering process on the microstructure and magnetic properties of low temperature co-fired NiCuZn ferrite materials
NiCuZn soft magnetic ferrite was prepared by oxide ceramic process. The effects of pre-firing temperature, ball milling time and sintering temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the material were investigated. The results show that with prolonging milling time and increasing prefiring temperature, the permeability and saturation flux density of LTCF materials increase firstly and then decrease,it is contrary to the trend of power consumption. With the increase of sintering temperature, the material permeability and saturation magnetic induction increase, and the power loss decreases first and then increases. When the pre-firing temperature is 860 ℃,the milling time is 6 h,and the sintering temperature is 900 ℃,material with uniform grain size of 1 to 2 μm,,dense microstructure was prepared, with the best comprehensive magnetic property.
