In this paper,we propose a kind of high power waveguide circulator for W-band applications.Based on high order modes and dual frequency circular function of knotted circulator,the samples have been developed successfully by using HFSS simulation software for electrical properties and ANSYS thermodynamics software for verification of power capacity.The circulator was designed with frequency range of 92 GHz to 96 GHz,voltage standing wave ratio≤ 1.12,insertion loss≤0.5 dB,isolation≥22 dB,and power capacity≥15 W,which meets the miniaturization requirement of millimeter wave devices.
