For nonconforming 1k107 iron-based nanocrystalline cores products with poor magnetic properties after normal single annealing treatment, the secondary annealing is carried out by increasing the temperature to restore the magnetic properties of unqualified cores. The secondary annealing can further promote the crystallization process of nanocrystalline iron cores, regulate the proportion of nanocrystalline phase and amorphous structure, and improve the DC soft magnetic properties. On the basis of the first heat treatment temperature, the magnetic properties of 1k107 iron-based nanocrystalline cores were significantly improved by secondary annealing at temperature exceeding 10 to 40 ℃ to that of single annealing. It was learned that, the core initial permeability of 126000,saturation magnetic induction strength of 1.17 T,and coercivity of 0.62 A/m were obtained at the best secondary annealing temperature 565 ℃.It shows that the convenient secondary annealing method can improve the properties of the defective product and increase the overall pass rate of the product, which is of great significance for reducing the production cost.
