The source band pass filter is a kind of electronic signal filter used in military environment.Due to the particularity of its working environment,it is necessary to conduct finite element simulation on the reliability and thermal performance of the filter structure according to the needs and adaptability of its use environment, including random vibration and shock of the structure,as well as the heat generation of internal devices and the heat transfer state of the filter structure. The results show that the filter's deformation and structural stress under random vibration are within the range of application environment requirements, and meet the safety impact index requirements, and the structure is safe and reliable.Secondly, the steady-state temperature of the device after thermal balance is less than the rated operating temperature of the internal electronic equipment, and the filter can work stably. In addition, under the premise of realizing the power signal processing function, the reliability of the device is checked through finite element simulation, which provides a simulation idea for the vibration and thermal design of microwave devices.
