针对传统绕线变压器体积大、高度高、可靠性低等问题,介绍了采用低温共烧铁氧体(LTCF)工艺实现的新型微磁变压器,可解决传统变压器发展遇到的诸多问题,大幅度降低体积,提高可靠性.典型应用于信号隔离、高电压电源、微小功率DC/DC电源等系统.重点讨论了LTCF微磁变压器应用于高电压电源时的输出电压、工作模式、吸收钳位电路设计等问题.
Addressing the challenges of large size,high elevation,and low reliability in traditional winding transformers,a novel micro-magnetic transformer utilizing the low temperature co-fired ferrite(LTCF)process is introduced.This innovation effectively resolves many issues encountered in conventional transformer development,significantly reducing size and enhancing reliability.It is commonly applied in signal isolation,high voltage power supply,small power DC/DC power supply,and other systems.The output voltage,operational mode,and design of the absorption clamp circuit for LTCF micro-magnetic transformers used in high voltage power supplies are discussed.
