尝试从导磁材料的感应物理方程式建立全频域瞬时磁损模型,在新的铁损耗方程式中的磁导损耗、涡流损耗、磁滞损耗都不再带有积分项,新模型的优势不仅是提供高模拟精度,而且也适用于非弦波或脉冲磁场激励.采用两种中钢高品级硅钢片25CS300和35CS300材料进行具体模拟应用,其Epstein实验数据涵盖磁场0.1~1.8 T,频率50~5000 Hz,模拟铁损平均误差小于5.6%.由于这两种硅钢片材料成分相同,并尝试比较铁损耗方程式系数与硅钢片厚度的关联性.
This study built a full frequency instant core-loss model from the induction physical equation of magnetic materials,where the iron loss,eddy loss,and hysteresis loss in the new core loss equation no longer have an integral term.This new model provides high simulation accuracy and performs dynamic core loss analysis on non-sinusoidal or pulse magnetic fields.The simulation examples use two types of high-grade electromagnetic sheet steels,25CS300 and 35CS300 by Epstein experimental data,the magnetic field covers 0.1 to 1.8 T,the frequency covers 50 to 5000 Hz,and the average error of the simulated core loss is less than 5.6%.Since the two electromagnetic steels have the same material composition,the physical relevance of the model equations can be compared with the coefficient results.
