摘要

介绍了YIG陷波器典型样品三阶互调指标的测试,测试主要采用了0 dBm的等幅双音信号,在应用功率上限分别测试和分析了陷波器通带内和阻带内的三阶互调产物(IM3)与输出三阶截交点(OIP3).测试分析表明:YIG陷波器通带范围内表现为线性特征,无IM3恶化的现象,OIP3不小于31 dBm,在阻带范围内却表现出与限幅功率类似的非线性特征.通过分析阻带内的测试数据得到了IM3的起伏规律,当基波信号处于阻带的左右边带区域时,IM3出现恶化的现象.分析了陷波器的应用场景,互调指标恶化现象对器件应用的影响是可控的,正确使用并控制陷波器的阻带指标控制可避免互调指标恶化.

Abstract

This article describes the test of third-order intermodulation index of YIG notch fliter typical samples,the test mainly uses 0 dBm equal amplitude dual tone signal,the third-order intermodulation product and output third-order interception point in the notch passband and stopband are tested and analyzed in the upper limit of the application power of the sample.The result shows that YIG notch filter has linear characteristic in the passband range,and no deterioartion of IM3,OIP3 is not less than 31 dBm.In the stopband range,a nonlinear characteristics similar to limiting power.The fluctulation law of IM3 in the stopband is obtained by analyzed the test data.When the fundamental signal is in the left and right sideband areas in the stopband,IM3 will deteriorate.And the application scenario of the notch fliter is analyzed,the influence of the intermodulation index deterioaration on the device application is controllable,corrrctly use and control the stopband index of notch fliter can aviod the intermodulation index deterioration.
