磁粉芯在电子元器件领域有着广泛的应用,随着技术的发展和对性能要求的提高,开发高性能磁粉芯势在必行.磁粉芯的软磁性能指标参数较多,在制备过程中存在多种影响软磁性能的因素,因此需要综合考虑磁粉芯的软磁性能及其影响因素,以加深对磁粉芯材料的认识,加速高性能磁粉芯的开发.从软磁性能的角度出发,结合磁粉芯的研究进展,综述了各因素对磁粉芯主要软磁性能(包括饱和磁化强度、有效磁导率、功率损耗、品质因素和直流偏置)的影响,展望了未来的研究热点和发展方向,以期为相关的研究提供参考,促进高性能磁粉芯的研究与开发.
Magnetic powder core have a wide range of applications in the field of electronic components,and with the development of technology and the improvement of performance requirements,the development of high-performance magnetic powder core is imperative.Magnetic powder core have many soft magnetic properties,and there are a number of factors affecting the soft magnetic properties in the preparation process,so it is necessary to consider the soft magnetic properties of magnetic powder core and their influencing factors,in order to deepen the understanding of magnetic powder core materials and accelerate the development of high-performance magnetic powder core.The effects of various factors on the main soft magnetic properties of magnetic powder core are reviewed from the perspective of soft magnetic properties,combined with the research progress of magnetic powder core.The future research hotspots and development directions are foreseen in order to provide references for related researches and promote the research and development of high-performance magnetic powder core.
