摘要

在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,各高校对于创新创业社团的建设逐渐重视,同时在社团的建设中也凸显越来越多的问题.基于此,该文以上海应用大学Winner青创社为例,对该社团在社团建设和管理模式的工作进行分析,以目前社团所取得的成绩为参考性结果,对创新创业社团建设提出了新的创新模式,旨在为相关高校社团的管理提供参考.
