中文摘要：近年来,"大众创业、万众创新"已成为时代强音,新时代社会发展对高校人才培养提出了新要求.地方高校理科人才"双创"教育生态建设过程中依旧存在不足.该文立足地方高校理科人才"双创"教育理念和改革方向,结合理科的学科特点、学科资源等优势,以生态教育建设为核心,从教育理念、体制机制、师资队伍以及资源建设等方面推动"双创"教育的健康发展,让"双创"教育生态建设做到可持续、循环、协同、开放,积极构建地方高校理科人才"双创"教育生态体系.

外文摘要：In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship has become a strong voice of the times,and social development in the new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.There are many short-comings in the process of ecological construction of dual-innovation education for science talents in local universities.Based on the idea and reform direction of science talents'dual-innovation education in local colleges and universities,combined with the advantages of science subject characteristics and subject resources,this paper takes the construction of ecological education as the core,and promotes the healthy development of dual-innovation education from the aspects of educational idea,institutional mechanism,teaching staff and resource construction.Let the ecological construction of dual-innovation education for talent culti-vation be sustainable,circular,collaborative and open,and actively build the ecological system of dual-innovation education for science talents in local universities.
