全面、科学地评价生源质量是高校提高人才选拔和培养质量的重要课题。该文以"双一流"建设高校X的实际招生录取数据为研究对象，采用因子分析法，通过多指标的筛选和标准化处理，建立了以分数因子、分差因子、位次因子和志愿因子为主要影响因子的生源质量评价模型，并进行实证研究，结果表明:该模型可以客观有效地对生源质量进行多维度评价，在"双一流"建设高校评估生源质量、编制招生计划和制定相关政策等工作中具有较高的应用和推广价值。
Research and Application of Model for Evaluating the Quality of College Students in the Construction of"Double First Class"Based on Factor Analysis
A comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the quality of student resources is an important issue for univer-sities to improve the quality of talent selection and training.Taking the actual enrollment data of the"double first class"construction university X as the research object,a student source quality evaluation model was established based on factor analysis method through multiple indicator screening and standardization processing,with score factor,difference factor,ranking factor,and voluntary factor as the main influencing factors.Empirical research was conducted,and the results showed that the model can objectively and effectively evaluate the quality of student sources in multiple dimensions,the construction of"double first class"universities has high application and promotion value in evaluating the quality of student sources,preparing enrollment plans,and formulating relevant policies.
