With the continuous deepening of higher education reform,some undergraduate universities are actively shifting towards application-oriented development,and employment opportunities.This article will combine the SWOT analysis method to analyze the actual employment advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and problems of college upgraded students based on the current employment situation.It will also propose some methods to improve current employment situation of college upgraded students,hoping to further promote the development of applied technology talents.
