地方工科院校产教融合育人模式研究与探索

深化产教融合对于地方工科院校服务区域经济高质量发展,增强办学主动性,培养高素质应用型人才具有重要意义。该文总结了当前地方工科院校产教融合育人模式在办学主体协同、师资队伍融合、人才能力培养、育人成效评价等方面存在的主要问题,以南京工业大学"三三三"流程工业智能产业学院建设模式为例,重点提出了建立共商共建共治的管理保障机制、交叉融合的专业群教学机制、开放共生的师资队伍建设机制、特色鲜明的"双创"能力培养机制、以工程认证为导向的育人评价机制。
Research and Exploration on the Education Mode of Industry-Education Integration in Local Engineering Colleges
Deepening the integration of industry and education is of great significance for local engineering colleges and universities to serve the high-quality development of regional economy,enhance initiative in running schools,and cultivate high-quality applied talents.This article summarizes the main problems of the current education mode of production-edu-cation integration in local engineering colleges and universities in terms of the coordination of school subjects,integration of the teaching staff,cultivation of talents,and evaluation of educational effectiveness.Taking the construction mode of Nanjing Tech University's"333"processing-industrial intelligent industry college as an example,this article focuses on the establishment of a management guarantee mechanism of joint consultation,co-construction and co-governance,a cross-integrated professional group teaching mechanism,an open and symbiotic faculty construction mechanism,a distinctive dual-innovation ability cultivation mechanism,and an engineering certification oriented talent cultivation evaluation mechanism.
