共生理论视域下现代产业学院协同共建的困境与路径选择

中文摘要：现代产业学院是产教深度融合的重要载体，应由政、校、行、企多元主体协同共建产学研用一体化、互动双赢的协同育人平台。该文基于共生理论，从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三个维度分析现代产业学院共生系统;针对现代产业学院各单元主体之间共建资源共享不畅、共建共享动力不足、合作共建政策支持不明确等问题，提出构建共生单元协同共建机制、构建多元主体对称性互惠共生模式、营造现代产业学院协同共建的共生环境。

外文摘要：A modern industrial college is an important carrier for the deep integration of industry and education.It is a collaborative education platform that integrates industry,academia,research,and application,and is built by multiple entities of government,school,administration,and enterprise.This article is based on the theory of symbiosis and analyzes the symbiotic system of modern industrial colleges from three dimensions:symbiotic units,symbiotic modes,and symbiotic environment.In response to the problems of poor resource sharing,insufficient motivation for co construction and sharing,and unclear policy support for cooperation and co construction among various units of the modern industry college,it is proposed to build a mechanism for co construction of symbiotic units,establish a symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiotic model of multiple entities,and create a symbiotic environment for collaborative co construction of the modern industry college.
